My work sits between software, leadership, creativity and human attention. I have spent nearly 25 years in software development and leadership, helping teams build better systems, better products and better ways of working.

Software leadership Building calm, high-trust environments where teams can make better decisions and do meaningful work.

Digital products Creating small, focused tools under the PX7 Digital umbrella.

Writing & attention Essays, books, and notes about tempo, technology, humanity, and staying clear in a noisy world.

Movement & visual work Running coaching, photography, music, and creative projects that explore rhythm, presence, and form.

PX7 Digital is my independent space for digital products, writing about software and leadership, and experiments outside my day-to-day leadership work. PX7 Training explores science-based running for everyday runners. PHO2.ONE and PX7 Photography hold my photography work. Pauseimperiet is where I write about slowing down, seeing clearly and staying human in a noisy world.

I am not trying to become one thing. I am trying to make the different parts speak clearly together.
