A polymath works across several fields and is interested in the connections between them. I use the word because no single professional label describes the whole of my work. “Polymath. Dreamer. Maker. Finisher.” also contains an important qualification: curiosity matters, but so does completing and releasing things.
What connects the different parts of Jørgen Larsen's work?
I keep returning to the same things: how people make sense of complexity, how systems shape behaviour, how rhythm affects performance and wellbeing, and how an idea becomes something finished. The medium changes; the curiosity does not.
What does “systems” mean in Leadership & systems?
It means the structures around the work: how decisions are made, how responsibility is understood, how feedback moves, and how culture and process help or hinder people. It does not mean treating people like parts in a machine.
Does Jørgen Larsen work in Danish or English?
Both. My professional software and product work is often in English. Pauseimperiet, my books, and Løbementor are Danish. The language follows the work and the people it is for.

What does PX7 mean?
P is for porcupine, X because it looks cool, and 7 because it is my number. It is not an acronym.
What is PX7 Digital?
PX7 Digital is my independent space for digital products, product experiments, and writing about thoughtful software and leadership work, separate from my day-to-day software leadership role.
What is the relationship between GN Audio / Jabra and PX7 Digital?
GN Audio / Jabra is my professional leadership role. PX7 Digital is my independent space for products, experiments, and writing. The experience and interests naturally inform each other, but they are separate contexts.
What software does Jørgen Larsen make?
I make small, focused tools that each do one job, built under PX7 Digital. That includes three families of native Mac apps - PX7 Audio for sound, PX7 Image for pictures and PX7 Markdown for notes and documents - alongside web products such as Baristalog, PlayerSignal and Trailbeats.
Why does PX7 Digital make small, focused products?
I prefer tools with a clear purpose over large products that try to become everything. A focused tool is easier to understand, easier to finish, and easier to make with care.
Are all of Jørgen Larsen's projects part of PX7 Digital?
No. Most of the digital products and several creative projects belong to the PX7 family. Crafted Once, Pauseimperiet, and Løbementor have their own identities and stand on their own.

Where do I see more of the photography work from Jørgen Larsen?
My photography lives in two places. PHO2.ONE, which I run together with my son William H. Larsen, covers sport and events. PX7 Photography holds the personal frames. A selection is also published free to use on Pexels and Unsplash under @px7digital.
What does Jørgen Larsen write about, and where?
I write about tempo, attention, software and leadership. Pauseimperiet is my Danish writing on slowing down, seeing clearly and staying human in a noisy world. The PX7 Digital Journal covers leadership, software development and thoughtful digital work.
What books has Jørgen Larsen written?
Three, all in Danish and published through Crafted Once. PAUSE is about tempo, humanity and the life we cannot optimize our way out of. “Nogen om Noget” is a book without chapters, only moments, made together with The Secret Colab. “Sådan dater du en Nordjyde som Sjællænder” is a warm little book about loving across Denmark.
What is Crafted Once?
Crafted Once is the home for slow-made objects, books, and small creative experiments. It gives physical and deliberately limited work a place outside the software portfolio.
Does Jørgen Larsen make music?
Yes. PX7 Records is my outlet for music and spoken-word projects, including Low Signal Society, Baraka Mwangi, SEVEN AEKKO and Eron Ljas.
Can Jørgen Larsen sing?
No - not really. In music, my focus is writing lyrics and shaping the idea, mood, and structure around a song rather than performing the vocal.

Yes. PX7 Training is science-based endurance coaching for everyday runners - threshold-led, adaptive and transparent in its reasoning. Løbementor is my personal coaching work, focused on technique, rhythm and the long game.

PX7 Training is the English-language, science-based training framework and digital side. Løbementor is Danish and personal: direct coaching focused on the individual runner, technique, rhythm, and long-term development.
